Automation delivery for real operations

Turn the work your team repeats into an automation that runs.

We help you choose the right process, build it on your stack, and deploy it with the controls your organization needs.

Automation consultancyCustom workflowsPrivate deployment

Okou is an automation consultancy and the platform its automations run on. You can hire the team that scopes and builds the workflow, use the platform on your own, or start with one and add the other.

What we do
Automation consultancy, custom workflow implementation, private deployment, and ongoing optimization.
What we provide
Okou, the platform the workflows run on: more than 3,000 connected services, isolated execution, and a full activity trail.
Who it is for
Sales and marketing, operations, and engineering teams with repeated work that crosses several tools.
How it starts
One workflow, scoped on a 30-minute call, with the definition of a successful run agreed before anything is built.

From “we should automate this” to a workflow people trust.

Start with a process, a systems constraint, or a private deployment requirement. We turn it into a concrete delivery scope.

An automation consultancy that also gives you the platform.

The workflow we deliver is not a black box you have to keep paying someone to open. It runs on Okou, which your team can operate, extend, and pay for directly.

Track 01 / Services

Have our team scope and deliver it

We map the process, build the workflow against your systems, agree the deployment boundary with your security and infrastructure owners, and keep improving it from real runs.

  • Process and opportunity audit
  • Custom workflow implementation
  • Private deployment planning
  • Ongoing run review and tuning
Track 02 / Product

Run it yourself on the platform

The workflows we deliver run on Okou, and so do the ones your team writes. Connect your tools, choose your models, and operate it without keeping anyone else in the loop.

  • More than 3,000 connected services
  • Supported model providers, or your own model keys
  • Isolated runs with a full activity trail
  • Published plans — no engagement required

Bring us the work that keeps bouncing between people and tools.

Sales & marketing

Move from signal to follow-up

Give teams the research and context they need without another manual handoff.

  • Lead research and enrichment
  • Meeting preparation and follow-up drafts
  • Campaign and content operations
Operations

Keep recurring work moving

Turn intake, routing, reporting, and coordination into a visible process.

  • Request intake and triage
  • Approvals and cross-tool updates
  • Weekly reporting and monitoring
Engineering

Remove routine repository work

Let engineers review decisions while the repetitive context gathering happens automatically.

  • Issue and incident triage
  • Release notes and change summaries
  • Repository maintenance workflows

From a business request to a working automation.

Every engagement starts from a sentence someone in the business actually said, and ends with something that runs.

“Every new enterprise lead should get researched, enriched, and prepared for a personal follow-up without exposing CRM credentials.”

  1. 01 · Discovery

    Map the real process

We trace the inputs, decisions, handoffs, approvals, and failure cases before deciding what should be automated.

    • Workflow brief
    • Data boundaries
    • Approval points
    • Success definition
  2. 02 · Build

Turn the process into a workflow

We connect the required systems, encode the operating logic, and test representative inputs and edge cases.

  3. 03 · Deploy

Release it inside the right boundary

We agree on permissions, ownership, hosting constraints, and rollout conditions before the workflow handles live work.

  4. 04 · Improve

    Tune from real runs

We review outcomes, strengthen reliability, update instructions, and expand only where the operating evidence supports it.

Discover. Ship. Scale.

One concrete workflow first. Broader rollout only after your team has seen it work.

  1. 01

    Discover the right scope

Walk through the current process, existing systems, decision points, risk boundaries, and the result that would make the work worth changing.

Output · workflow brief and delivery scope

  2. 02

    Ship a working workflow

Build against real tools and representative inputs, add approvals where judgment or external action requires them, and review the run with the people who own the process.

Output · reviewed workflow in a guarded environment

  3. 03

    Scale with evidence

Add triggers and schedules, tune reliability, document operating ownership, and expand to adjacent workflows based on what the first deployment proves.

Output · operational automation and rollout path

Automation should not require handing over the keys.

Okou is designed to keep execution isolated, credentials out of agent code, and every run inspectable.

01 / Execution

Isolated by default

Every run executes in an isolated Firecracker microVM with hardware-level KVM isolation.

02 / Credentials

Secrets stay out of agent code

Credentials are injected at the network layer, so workflows can use connected services without reading raw tokens.

03 / Auditability

Full activity trail

HTTP and HTTPS activity is logged per run, with content-addressed artifacts and SHA-256 integrity.

04 / Choice

Your tools and models

Connect more than 3,000 services and choose from supported model providers, including your own model keys.

Automation consultancy: common questions

Do you offer automation consulting, or only software?

Both. We take automation consultancy engagements — process mapping, custom workflow implementation, private deployment, and ongoing optimization — and we provide Okou, the platform those workflows run on. You can engage the team, use the platform on your own, or combine the two.

Can we use the platform without a consulting engagement?

Yes. Okou is available on published plans with self-serve access, and nothing on this page is a prerequisite. An engagement earns its place when a process spans several systems, needs a private deployment, or has review and audit requirements to settle first.

How is an engagement scoped and priced?

Scope comes out of discovery: the current process, the systems involved, the review points, and what a successful run has to produce. We quote against that scope rather than a fixed package. Platform plans are published separately on the pricing page.

Who owns and operates the workflow afterwards?

Your organization. Workflows are built in your workspace and handed to the owner you nominate with the operating instructions documented, so your team can change them without coming back through us.

What kind of work can Okou automate?

Work that crosses tools, requires context, and follows a repeatable operating pattern is usually a strong candidate. Common examples include research, intake and triage, meeting preparation, follow-up drafting, reporting, monitoring, content operations, and repository workflows.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes. Okou connects to more than 3,000 services, including common communication, CRM, engineering, content, and productivity tools. We review the exact systems and permissions your workflow needs during discovery.

What does private deployment mean here?

It begins with your requirements: hosting boundary, network access, model access, data handling, auditability, and operational ownership. We work with your security and infrastructure teams to define the viable deployment architecture before committing to a scope.

What is the first engagement?

We normally start by selecting one high-value workflow, mapping the current process, and agreeing on what a successful working version must do. The resulting scope is specific to your stack and review requirements.

Who controls credentials and external actions?

Your organization does. Permissions, approval points, and allowed actions are part of the workflow design. Okou injects credentials at the network layer so agent code does not receive raw tokens, and each run remains auditable.

Do we need an engineering team to get started?

Not for the initial process review. For private deployment, custom infrastructure, or complex internal integrations, we will involve the appropriate security, IT, or engineering owners before implementation.

Bring the workflow your team keeps putting off.

We will use the call to understand the process, the systems involved, and whether Okou is the right way to deliver it.
